Browse fifteen dishes and choose what you actually want to eat. Each one is prepped in a batch of 5 servings.
All organic, all conventional, or mixed. Your grocery estimate updates as you choose.
Delivery or free pickup, a date, and a time window. Orders are due by the weekly cutoff.
I buy the groceries at cost, cook everything fresh, and bring it labeled and ready.
Clients provide their own containers. Drop them off before your cook day, I can't prep or deliver in containers I don't have yet. Drop-off deadline is Thursday at 6pm, the same as the order cutoff.
Food that sits for five days needs to be built for five days. Dressings, yogurt sauces and chimichurri travel in their own cups so salads stay crisp, grains stay loose, and nothing turns to mush by Wednesday.

Four to five days refrigerated. Everything is labeled with the dish and the cook date. Anything you won't get to by day five freezes well, the stews especially.
Microwave at 70% power in two-minute bursts, stirring between, so proteins don't seize. Stews and soups are best on the stove over medium. Salad-based bowls eat cold, just add the dressing cup.
Because dressed greens and saucy grains go soggy within a day. Keeping them apart is the single biggest reason day-five food still tastes like day-one food.
I substitute the closest thing that's actually good that week and text you before I do. I'd rather swap green beans for asparagus than serve you tired produce.
I shop with your sourcing preference in mind, keep the receipt, and send you the itemized total after prep. You pay exactly what the groceries cost, no markup. The estimate on this site is a planning range, not a bill.
